**Job Summary**
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our showroom satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Greet and direct customers
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Be the first point of contact between customers and the dealership
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Contribute to dealership sales data by filling out standard reports
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
**Key Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Has a high level of product knowledge
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- **Educational Qualifications**: Graduate
- **Industry**:Automobile 2 / 4-wheler / Retail
- **Minimum experience: 2 Year**
- **Profile**: Passionate about bikes / RE. Aptitude for sales and ensuring customer experience
- **Passions/ Interests**: Interested in Riding, traveling and exploring
