We're Hiring - Assistant Reporter
Location: Mumbai | Hybrid (Majorly On-Ground)
Mumbai Today, a fast-growing digital media platform, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Assistant Reporter to join our team
About the Role
- Assist in shooting and anchoring videos for our social media platforms
- Step in as an anchor when required
- Cover events and conduct on-field reporting
- Edit videos, design posts, and help with media content creation
We're looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about journalism and the digital media space
- A fast learner with a go-getter attitude
- Skilled in editing and designing videos, posts, carousels and more (Canva, InShot, CapCut, or similar apps)
- A strong multitasker who can manage tight deadlines
- Comfortable with long hours during peak events (average 10 hours/day; up to 16 during special coverage)
- Flexible to work from home 1-2 days a week (on-ground presence mandatory during major events or shoots)
- Open to freshers with all the required skills
