**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and process domestic flight bookings using **Amadeus GDS**.
- Handle PNR creation, modification, cancellations, and reissuance.
- Provide accurate fare quotes and issue tickets as per airline guidelines.
- Assist customers with itinerary planning and travel-related queries.
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve booking or ticketing issues.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** working with **Amadeus GDS** (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of **domestic air travel** and fare structures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
