**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:
Develop visually appealing and engaging creatives for various social media platforms.

Design graphics, images, and other multimedia elements to support social media campaigns.

**Social Media Management**:
Assist in managing and curating content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Implement and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Schedule and publish content on social media platforms using scheduling tools.

**Community Engagement**:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms.

Foster positive interactions and build relationships with the online community.

Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.

Prepare regular reports on social media metrics and provide insights for optimization.

**Research and Trends**:
Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.

Provide recommendations for new and innovative social media initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, etc.) or recent graduate.

Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with major social media platforms and their features.

Basic understanding of social media analytics.

Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of trends and popular culture in social media.
