**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Production Activities**: Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that processes are followed and production targets are met.
- **Team Management**: Lead and manage a team of workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the production process to ensure that quality standards are maintained, and take corrective action when necessary.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the work environment is safe for all employees.
- **Production Planning**: Collaborate with the production manager to develop and implement production plans that meet customer deadlines.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve production issues quickly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of daily production activities, including output, quality control, and any issues encountered.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor the availability of raw materials and report shortages to the procurement team to avoid production delays.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including engineering, maintenance, and quality control, to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the fabrication or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
