Maintenance Technician

**1.DG Set (Diesel Generator Set)**
- Ensure that there are no leaks, the fuel is clean, and the fuel filters are not clogged.
- Change engine oil regularly and check oil levels.
- Clean terminals, check charge, and replace if needed.
- Inspect and replace the air filter if clogged or damaged.
- Run the generator periodically to ensure it's functional in case of an emergency.
- Perform load testing periodically to confirm the generator can handle the necessary load.

**2. Panel Room**
- Check for any signs of wear, overheating, or loose connections.
- Dust buildup can cause overheating, so cleaning and ventilation are essential.
- Ensure breakers are not tripped and fuses are intact.
- Make sure grounding systems are functional and there are no issues with earthing.
- Regularly monitor and log the power consumption and performance of the electrical systems.

**3. Fire Safety**
- Test fire alarms and smoke detectors monthly to ensure they are functional.
- Check pressure gauges, recharge or replace as necessary, and ensure that they are easily accessible.
- Inspect sprinkler heads for any obstruction and ensure water flow is unobstructed.
- Ensure that any special fire suppression systems (e.g., CO2, foam) are tested and properly maintained.

**4. ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant)**
- Regularly inspect and calibrate the chemical dosing systems to ensure the right chemicals are being dispensed.
- Regularly check the sludge removal systems and dispose of waste properly.
- Inspect and replace filters or membranes that have become clogged or damaged.
- Clean and inspect tanks for sludge accumulation or contamination.
- Ensure that effluent is flowing at the proper rate, and monitor for any blockages.

**5. STP (Sewage Treatment Plant)**
- Regularly inspect aerators, blowers, and diffusers to ensure proper oxygen levels for microbial activity.
- Inspect and maintain sludge management equipment, including pumps and conveyors.
- Check the functioning of sewage pumps and motors, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Check for leaks in the odor control systems and ensure the vents are properly functioning.

**6. Oxygen Supply System**
- Ensure that oxygen cylinders are properly stored, have appropriate pressure,
- Inspect regulators for wear or damage and replace as necessary.
- Ensure there are no leaks in the oxygen delivery system and that valves are functioning properly.
- Regularly test oxygen levels in the system to ensure safe operation.

**7. Electrical Systems**
- Check for signs of overheating, wear, or damage in electrical wiring and connectors.
- Ensure that circuit breakers are not tripped and function properly when tested.
- Perform routine checks on uninterruptible power supplies to ensure they are ready to function in the event of a power failure.

**8. Air Pumps**
- : Inspect air pumps for any signs of air leaks, and ensure that all fittings are secure.
- Regularly lubricate moving parts to prevent wear and ensure smooth operation.
- Clean or replace air intake filters to prevent dust and debris from entering the pump.
- : Ensure that the motor is operating smoothly and not overheating, and check the alignment of the motor with the pump.
