Job Overview:
Milestone is looking for a Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) Administrator in its Client's IT department. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the MECM platform and escalations from the Global Service Desk or Local IT support team members. The administrator will execute and maintain best practices for desktops and laptops, including but not limited to Operating System standards, software packaging, automation, patch management, compliance reporting, and software controls, along with Operating System configurations and restrictions.The administrator will provide full support for the MECM platform, including maintaining redundancy, planning, testing, and maintenance of the enterprise desktop and laptop environment and MECM platform. This role will interface with multiple IT stakeholders, including IT Security, AD teams, and others. The MECM Administrator is responsible for providing a reliable, effective, efficient, and secure client-side computing environment across the enterprise.

How You Will Make An Impact:

- Manage, sustain, and provide configuration management to globally managed Windows clients
- Create and sustain automated processes for software delivery/packaging, operating system deployment, and configuration management to distribute throughout the enterprise SCCM hierarchy
- Automation of processes around MECM
- Management of MECM Software Center
- Metrics/KPIs analysis and development
- Automation maintenance and development

What You Will Need To Succeed:

- Any Graduate with extensive knowledge and a minimum of 5 years experience in managing MECM infrastructure and management.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Enterprise environments, including Active Directory, Group Policies, and operating system management.
- Minimum of 3 years of scripting, including but not limited to PowerShell and VBScript
- Understanding of automation systems
- Deep understanding of Windows 10 settings, configurations, and updates. Windows 11 knowledge - benefit
- Extensive knowledge and skills in SQL
- Extensive knowledge and skills working with REST API
- Desktop and Laptop computer hardware and CFI
- Azure Active Directory, InTune, and AutoPilot experience - Benefit
