**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage end-to-end **Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)** and **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)** campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking for paid ads.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Create detailed media plans and budget forecasts.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to build effective ad creatives and landing pages.
- Drive lead generation, website traffic, and product sales through paid acquisition strategies.
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Implement conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Optimize sales funnels and customer journey from ad click to conversion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for campaign alignment and execution.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing **Google Ads and Meta Ads** campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of **Google Ads Manager** (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) and **Meta Ads Manager** (Facebook & Instagram).
- Proficiency in **GA4**, **Google Tag Manager**, **Meta Pixel**, **UTM tracking**, and conversion APIs.
- Strong understanding of **CPC**, **CPM**, **CPA**, **ROAS**, **CTR**, and related performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ad budgets of ₹50,000 to ₹5,00,000+ monthly (or equivalent in USD).
- Strong analytical, optimization, and reporting skills.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **Landing Page tools** (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage, Elementor).
- Basic knowledge of **HTML/CSS**, **WordPress**, or e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
- Creative mindset with a sharp eye for performance-driven ad copy and design.
