**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to clients.
- **Billing and Financial Management**:

- Prepare, review, and process invoices using billing software.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in client billing, adjustments, and payments.
- Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions and reconcile accounts as needed.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee inventory processes, including tracking stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely inventory replenishment.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.
- **Banking and Bookkeeping**:

- Manage day-to-day banking activities, including deposits, withdrawals, and account reconciliation.
- Record and maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits and tax filings.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve billing, inventory, and accounting processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, billing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with billing software and inventory management systems.
- Strong understanding of banking processes and bookkeeping principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports for management.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,298.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
