Must maintain Client's Training Certification Requirements while in the classroom. The trainer will serve as the leader and promote a positive work environment and adherence to all company policies, expectations, and performance standards. Supports the call centre by participating in cross-functional meetings to give input on improvement opportunities. Facilitate training classes on new and existing products and services.- Skills-
