We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Executive to join our growing team. As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our company's IT systems, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring uptime and security.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests, both onsite and remotely.
- Ensure security and data privacy of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Manage backups and restore procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of systems and software.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Experience with networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with cloud services, Office 365, and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant technologies is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,029.46 - ₹31,053.54 per month
