Position: HVAC Technician Reporting: Maintenance Head Works Location : Changodar, Ahmedabad **Job Summary**: We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems as well knowledge of Cold-rooms, AHU & Vacuum dryers. The HVAC technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. You will be responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs First Priority: - Responsible for HVAC System maintenance for entire plant/factory. - HVAC System I.e. Cold Rooms, AHUs, Splits ACs, Cassette ACs. - Ensure the operation & Maintenance of All primary and secondary area AHUs. - Responsible for Operation & maintenance of cold rooms. Water coolers, chillers etc. - Plan for weekly maintenance activity i.e. Pre Filter cleaning, Post filter cleaning, AHU cleaning, evaporating/cooling coil washing, Indoor & outdoor cleaning etc. - Responsible for Online Maintenance Record for respective area. - Responsible for maintain the stock of necessary spares of HVAC Equipments. Second Priority: - Responsible for Plant & Machinery Maintenance work shift wise. - Responsible for Utility Operations. i.e. Compressors, RO plant, DM plant, Vacuum Dryers, Cold rooms, Boiler, DG Set, plumbing etc. - Responsible for Multi Column Distillation Plant Operation. - Roaster operation/shift wise operation. Complying with service standards, work instructions. **Required Skill**: 3-5 years’ experience in Medical Device/Pharmaceutical ITI with HVAC/refrigeration Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice. Ability to work in confined spaces. Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Commuter assistance - Health insurance - Paid time off - Provident Fund Schedule: - Rotational shift Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay - Yearly bonus **Experience**: - total work: 3 years (preferred)
