Oversee operations of the Site
- Prepare Measurements, BOM & BOQ
- Coordinating with clients, attending meetings, progress update
- Eye for Interior Quality and Safety.
- Material Knowledge and market rates.
- Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.
- Carrying out regular inspections.
- Submit the Daily reports and work programme plan to project managers\ Senior Interior Supervisors.
- Helping & co-ordinate deliveries of materials, plant and equipment.
- Completing records for site reports.
- Attending site management meetings.
- Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant requirements, processes and procedures..

**Negotiating contracts with vendors, contractors and sub-contractors**
- A positive attitude.
- Good Communication skills,
- The ability to understand drawings and other contract documents.
- A good understanding of Interior Designing.
- Willing to travel.

**Travel Allowance will be provided.**

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of Interior Site supervising is preferable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
