Responsibilities:
1. Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.

2. Assess and monitor patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation of all interventions.

4. Utilize critical thinking skills to respond effectively to emergent situations and changes in patient status.

5. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

6. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care practices.

7. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment by effectively communicating with colleagues, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

8. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in nursing practice and technology.

9. Adhere to ethical and legal standards, promoting patient advocacy and ensuring the delivery of safe and ethical care.

10. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
1. Current and valid nursing license in the relevant jurisdiction.

2. Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing.

3. CPR and other relevant certifications as required.

4. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

7. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

8. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently..

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
