**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issue of goods.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish stock when needed.
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
- Ensure the proper organization of products in the store.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Supervise and train store staff to ensure they follow procedures, maintain a high level of customer service, and meet operational standards.
- Assign tasks and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment for all staff members.
- **Stock Maintenance**:

- Maintain the quality and condition of stock, ensuring items are stored properly.
- Perform stock checks and manage stock rotation to prevent damage and wastag
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of transactions, purchases, and inventory movements.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, sales, and staff performance.
- Take necessary steps to prevent theft and loss in the store.
- **General Store Operations**:

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Handle the opening and closing of the store, ensuring everything is secured.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,005.02 per month
