Join our dynamic DT Workday Team

The DT Workday team is responsible for Workday configuration as well as integrations between Workday and downstream systems.
The configuration team works closely with the functional product owners to gather requirements, design, test and deploy configuration changes to production.The DT Workday team is part of the overall DT HR Enabling Functions team which also comprises of other technical teams that support Learning, Competency Management, T&E, Legal &Compliance systems and the PMO functions.

As a Workday Security Configurator, you will be responsible for:

- Owning the enterprise Workday security architecture
- Defining and maintaining security groups, domains and business process security policies
- Partnering with HR/Technology on Workday related projects, including system releases/upgrades, and configuration redesign
- Participating in prioritization discussions for business requirements, approve future state design/configurations and ensure successful implementation through the product lifecycle

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering. Have 5 years of related Workday Security experience
- Have advanced problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
- Have ability to effectively research, assess and resolve complex security and configuration issues; and the ability to develop and implement appropriate procedures
- Have ability to communicate effectively with staff across multiple departments to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and understand specific requirements for system enhancements and fixes
- Have good customer service and interpersonal skills necessary to build and maintain relationships and interact well across all levels
- Have ability to adjust to changing priorities, circumstances, and personal interaction styles
- Have familiarity with relevant regulatory including SOX, GDPR and PCI
- Have good working knowledge of Workday’s system administration (tenant management, version releases, regression testing)
