**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Source companies for placement of certified students by promoting the course and/or student profiles
2. Source companies for opportunities for students undertaking the course
3. Understand the reasons for non-placement and work with student training officer for the same
4. Collect & send all shortlisted student profiles to the companies.
5. Do constant follow ups with HRM of companies to get feedback on shortlisted profiles we sent to them.
6. Prepare placement report Including all details of openings & other details.
8. Answer to placement queries of the students with a polite manner.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Min 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Relations or Training and Placement.
- Excellent communication, networking & negotiation skills.
- A passion to impact Online Learning and thus shape-up Education in India
- Hustle and get things done attitude.
