Assist in the setup, programming, and operation of CNC Turning Center/CNC Milling Machine and conventional machines.
- Set up CNC Turning Center/CNC Milling Machine machines (including tooling and programming) to produce parts as per engineering drawings and job orders.
- Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
- Understand the specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.
- Ensure machinery is operating efficiently and producing parts according to specifications.
- Load raw materials into the machine and ensure machines are set up properly to ensure accuracy.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and standards.
- Work closely with other engineers, machinists, and production staff to ensure seamless operation.
