We are looking for a **Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor** with a strong **marketing agency background**. The role covers all stages of video production — from concept to final export — across short-form, long-form, and product animation projects for both **B2B and B2C clients**. This role demands **speed, creativity, and precision** to deliver engaging content for diverse clients.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Create and deliver **3-4 short-form videos daily** for social and digital platforms.

Design **motion graphics, product animations, and kinetic typography videos** with strong detailing and brand alignment.

Work on both **short-form and long-form projects** (social media content, ads, explainer videos, campaigns).

Manage deliverables for **2-3 clients simultaneously**, maintaining consistent quality and timelines.

Use **AI tools** for image generation, video generation, and editing to enhance efficiency.

Edit raw footage for **flow, continuity, and overall quality**.

Execute **post-production tasks**: color correction, audio syncing, sound design, and music integration.

Adapt content for all major video platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Conceptualize and develop **storyboards** to guide video projects and motion graphics.

Collaborate with the **creative and marketing teams** to design impactful campaign visuals.

**Your qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**:
Expertise in **Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator**.

Strong grasp of **design principles, animation, typography, and storytelling**.

Skilled in **long-form and short-form video editing + motion graphics**.

Portfolio showcasing **motion graphics, product animation, video editing, and AI-powered work**.

Experience handling **B2B and B2C projects** in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of **Cinema 4D or Blender** is a strong plus.

Sharp eye for **detail, alignment, and clean design execution**.
