Job Summary:
The Store Incharge is responsible for the overall management of the automobile store, ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The Store Incharge will supervise a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and mínimal stock discrepancies.

2. Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding promptly to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.

3. Team Supervision: Supervise and guide a team of store staff, providing training and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

4. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase revenue, and achieve sales targets.

5. Store Operations: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.

6. Stock Control and Minimization of Stock Obsolete: Implement effective stock control measures to minimize stock obsolescence and ensure that stock levels are optimized.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, inventory levels, and sales trends, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the store operates in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating potential risks.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a store management or supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Certifications: Certification in inventory management or a related field is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
