**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote plywood products to dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase repeat business.
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, construction sites, and project developers for business development.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer demands.
- Prepare and maintain marketing reports and customer databases.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in plywood, laminates, building materials, or hardware industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing will be a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- **Must have own Bike + License**
