Job Title: Dispatch/MIS ExecutiveDepartment:

Summary:
The Dispatch/MIS (Management Information System) Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing dispatch operations while maintaining accurate and timely reports using MIS tools. This role ensures that goods are dispatched on time, processes are streamlined, and performance metrics are tracked and reported efficiently to improve overall business operations.Key Responsibilities:Dispatch Operations:

- Coordinate and oversee the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Schedule and assign tasks to drivers or delivery personnel based on order priorities.
- Maintain a database of delivery personnel, routes, and vehicle assignments.
- Monitor live dispatch operations and resolve any delivery issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation laws.
- Communicate with clients regarding delivery schedules and ensure customer satisfaction.

MIS and Reporting:

- Compile, analyze, and manage data related to logistics and dispatch operations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations on key metrics (e.g., delivery timelines, costs, efficiency).
- Use tools like MS Excel, ERP systems, or other MIS software to track inventory, order status, and delivery updates.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate data reporting and flow of information.

Inventory and Documentation:

- Maintain and update dispatch records, logs, and delivery documentation.
- Verify and ensure accuracy of goods dispatched against orders.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to avoid shortages.

Process Improvement:

- Identify gaps in the dispatch process and recommend improvements.
- Optimize routes and delivery schedules to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Implement new technologies and systems to enhance reporting and dispatch functions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MIS tools.
- Knowledge of logistics, dispatch management, and inventory systems.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or dispatch software (preferred).

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain processes, and data management systems.

Work Environment:

- Office-based role with occasional site visits to warehouses or delivery hubs.
- Must be flexible to work extended hours or weekends during peak operations

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
