**Responsibilities**:
Conduct IELTS classes for students of different proficiency levels, focusing on all four sections of the exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

Design and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to individual learning styles and objectives.

Assess students' language skills and provide constructive feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement.

Develop customized study plans and learning strategies to help students achieve their target IELTS scores.

Familiarize students with the IELTS exam format, structure, and scoring criteria.

Administer and evaluate practice tests, providing comprehensive feedback to enhance students' performance.

Utilize a variety of instructional materials, including textbooks, online resources, audiovisual aids, and authentic IELTS materials.

Create a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages active participation and boosts students' confidence.

Monitor students' progress regularly, maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and assessments.

Stay up-to-date with the latest IELTS trends, changes in exam content, and teaching methodologies to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development initiatives.

Attend professional development workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. A higher degree is a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in teaching IELTS to students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.

In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and requirements.

Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish a positive learning environment.

Demonstrated expertise in delivering engaging and interactive lessons using a variety of teaching methods.

Familiarity with a wide range of teaching resources, including online platforms, textbooks, and authentic IELTS materials.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficient computer skills, including the use of educational technology and online learning platforms.
