Job Title: Telemarketing Sales Representative

Location: JAIPUR

As a Telemarketing Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue generation through effective outbound calling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Outbound Calls:

- Place calls to potential customers from provided leads or lists.

2. Pitch Products/Services:

- Introduce and explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.

3. Handle Objections:

- Address customer concerns and objections to secure sales.

4. Meet Sales Targets:

- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and quotas.

5. Maintain CRM Records:

- Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

6. Follow Sales Scripts:

- Utilize approved sales scripts and materials to effectively communicate product information.

7. Provide Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on product/service offerings and be able to provide detailed information to customers.

8. Customer Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.

9. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the sales team and share feedback to improve overall sales strategies and approaches.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma/GED required. Additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
