**Job Summary**: The E-commerce Associate will be an integral part of our online sales team, supporting the day-to-day operations and growth of our e-commerce platforms. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual looking to build a career in the fast-paced world of e-commerce. The E-commerce Associate will assist with product management, online merchandising, order processing, and customer support, contributing to a seamless and positive online shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product & Content Management**:

- Assist in creating, updating, and optimizing product listings across our e-commerce websites and marketplaces (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
- Ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate, compelling, and SEO-friendly.
- Support the upload and organization of product photography and video content.
- Conduct regular audits of product pages to ensure quality and consistency.
- **Order Processing & Fulfillment Support**:

- Monitor incoming online orders and assist with their processing from receipt to dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehousing/logistics partners in Indore or elsewhere for timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Track order statuses and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and refund processes in accordance with company policies.
- **Customer Service & Communication**:

- Provide friendly and efficient support to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction.
- Escalate complex customer service issues to the E-commerce Manager as needed.
- **Website Maintenance & Merchandising Support**:

- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and navigability of the e-commerce website.
- Support the merchandising of products on the website, including categorization, featured products, and promotional banners.
- Identify and report any website errors or technical glitches.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**:

- Perform accurate data entry related to products, orders, and customer information.
- Assist in gathering basic e-commerce performance data (e.g., daily sales figures, inventory levels).
- **Marketplace Specific Tasks (if applicable)**:

- Monitor marketplace performance and adhere to their specific guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
