**Job Description**:
Cardan Engineering Projects LLP is looking for a Rigger to join our team. As a Rigger, you’ll help with lifting heavy materials using rigging equipment like cranes and hoists. We are looking for someone eager to learn and grow with the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in setting up and operating rigging equipment.
- Secure loads to be lifted safely.
- Inspect equipment for damage and wear.
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Work well with the team to complete tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers or 1-4 years of experience in rigging.
- Basic knowledge of rigging equipment and safety.
- Good physical condition and able to handle heavy lifting.
- Willingness to learn and work hard.
