Receptionist

**Fluent English communication Mandatory.**
- Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly and welcoming way
- Manage and update calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Provide administrative support to staff and management
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- Booking air ticket, hotels and etc.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
