We are seeking a talented **Graphic Designer cum** **Illustrator** to join our team and contribute to the creative development of our animation projects.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality illustrations, including character designs, background art, props, and environments for animation projects.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts, storyboards, and style frames.
- Translate written and verbal briefs into compelling visual narratives.
- Ensure consistency in visual style throughout each project.
- Work with the animation and production teams to ensure artwork is properly integrated into the final animation.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative process.
- Revise illustrations based on feedback from clients, directors, and producers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an illustrator, preferably in the animation industry.
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Illustration, Fine Arts, Animation, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Clip Studio Paint, or similar digital illustration tools.
- Experience with character design, environment creation, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with animation pipelines and workflows is a plus.
- Ability to create vector and raster illustrations.
- Knowledge of 2D animation principles is a bonus.

**Creative Skills**:

- Strong drawing and painting skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent understanding of anatomy, proportion, perspective, and color theory.
- Ability to adapt to different styles, from cartoonish to realistic.
- Strong visual problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate abstract concepts visually.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic.
