As a Branch Executive at Bayars Coffee, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards in coffee quality and store hygiene. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth store performance.
- **Store Operations**:

- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the branch.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and overall customer experience.
- **Sales & Customer Service**:

- Drive store sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Promote new products and seasonal offerings.
- **Inventory & Stock Control**:

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment.
- Reduce wastage and ensure efficient usage of ingredients.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- **Reporting & Compliance**:

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle cash and online operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
