**Position**:School Nurse - **Only Female**

**Location**: Ghaziabad

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Language Proficiency**: Good English communication skills.

**Experience**: Minimum of 1-3 years as a nurse, **with at least 6 months of experience in a school setting**

**Objectives**:

- **Provide Basic Healthcare**: Offer immediate medical attention to students and staff for injuries or acute illnesses.
- **Ensure a Safe Environment**: Maintain a healthful school environment in compliance with national and local health regulations.
- **Promote Wellness**: Encourage optimal health among students and staff through proactive measures.
- **Health Education**: Instruct students, parents, and faculty on healthy habits and hygiene practices.
- **Collaborative Consultation**: Work with parents, teachers, and administrators to address student health concerns.
- **Develop Health Plans**: Create and implement individualized health plans for students with specific medical needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Health Screenings**: Conduct routine health assessments, including hearing, vision, and growth screenings.
- **Medical Interventions**: Administer medications, manage injuries, and perform necessary healthcare procedures.
- **Referrals**: Guide students to appropriate healthcare professionals when specialized care is required.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate medical records, including immunization and vaccination documentation.
- **Health Protocols**: Develop and enforce health management protocols for routine and emergency situations.
- **Health Education**: Teach students essential health practices, such as proper handwashing techniques.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) certification.
- **Professional Experience**: Prior experience in pediatric or school nursing settings.
- **Certifications**: Current nursing license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
