**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming phone calls and greet walk-in visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain and update client databases, call logs, and visitor records.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to support business development activities.
- Manage reception area - ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Assist management with day-to-day office operations when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, front office, or customer service roles.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication (English, Punjabi and Hindi; local language preferred).
- Good telephone etiquette and presentation.
- Pleasant personality and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and calmly under pressure.
- **Preferred**: Experience in sales calling or client coordination will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
