Executive- Agronomist

We are currently looking for an **Executive
- Agronomist **for Absolute. In this role you will:

- Providing customers with information on products, services & offers
- Take calls from customers and do outbound calling
- Identifying customer needs
- Taking customer calls and solving queries
- Keep record of the customers, their complaints and comments as well as action taken care of.

- **What we are looking for**:

- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- At least two years of experience in calling.
- Ability to sit at a desk and/or computer terminal to perform writing and/or keying/typing information for protracted periods of time
- Ability to respond professionally to common inquiries or complaints from sales staff and other employees, customers, regulatory agencies, suppliers, etc.
- Passion to work in entrepreneurial set-ups, creating / managing a business, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment.
- Should be fluent in Hindi, English.
- A desire to work in the impact space, with a passion to make the world a "better" place.
