**Your role**
- We're looking for Securitization Valuations Controller to:
- perform periodic IPV, reserves and other regulatory reports for CMBS, whole loans etc.
- challenge desk/vendor marks
- work on disclosures, adhoc analysis and projects, improvements, automation

**Your team**
- VCS Securitization based out of Mumbai. The team looks into FV / IPV/ reserve/Pru vals and other regulatory reporting of various RMBS, CMBS, Munis etc. mainly for AMER region.

**Your expertise**
- Graduate degree with finance, economics, mathematics, engineering a plus- ability to understand complex products, and analyze transaction and process flows
- experience 0-4 years
- work experience in financial industry a plus
- understanding of valuation concepts as they pertain to financial products and derivatives, basic accounting knowledge
- strong verbal and written communications skills.
- experience with Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Visual Basic, Python, automation and database skills a plus
- ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
