**Key Responsibilities**:
- Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and service ware.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, floors, walls, and storage areas.
- Support chefs and service staff by providing clean tools and utensils during operations.
- Ensure dishwashing areas are clean and organized at all times.
- Assist in waste segregation and proper garbage disposal as per hygiene norms.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunction or safety hazard.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and as per training/SOP.
- Support banquet setups by ensuring necessary crockery and cutlery are clean and available.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures as per FSSAI and company guidelines.
- Assist in deep-cleaning tasks during kitchen downtime or scheduled maintenance.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 10th standard pass or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in kitchen stewarding or hospitality housekeeping preferred (Freshers may also apply).
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in kitchen environments.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
