**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cloud security audits and provide recommendations on best practices.
- Assess and validate cloud security controls and posture across various products and provide recommendations on improvements.
- Integrate and configure cloud security tooling such as CSPM, EDR, and CSWP.
- Create documentation for cloud security standards, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate within the security team and product teams to enhance tooling via API integrations, finetuning, alerting, and reporting.
- Document, track, and work to remediate gaps in cloud security.
- Collaborate on threat and vulnerability management within the cloud environment.
- Collaborate on enhancing threat detection and response capability via SIEM/SOAR orchestration and automation.
- Assist in security incidents and investigations.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field - equivalent work experience will be considered.5+ Years in Cloud Security
- Deep AWS knowledge
- Security Services (GuardDuty, CloudTrail, Security Hub, AWS Inspector, etc)
- Experience in implementing AWS security standards across various AWS services
- Experience in designing a cloud security framework
- Experience in assessing, baselining, and validating controls in an established cloud environment and providing recommendations
- Knowledge and hands on experience with micro services security
- Experience with a wide array of integrations with various security tools and infrastructure
- API integrations
- EDR, SIEM, CSPM, CSWP
- Scripting is a plus (Ansible, YAML, Powershell)
- Understanding of threat and vulnerability management within Cloud environments
- Strong collaboration skills in assisting with SOC investigations and fine-tuning rulesets
- Understanding of common compliance frameworks such as SOC, ISO, NIST, CIS, etc.
- Experience in leading proof-of-concepts and demos on cloud security tooling
- BONUS: Multi-cloud experience (Azure)
- BONUS: Experience working on AWS Migration projects (lift and shift)
- Certifications**:AWS Solution Architect, AWS Security Specialty, **CCSP, CCSK, AWS SysOps Admin
