Job Description: Quality Control (Q.C.) Officer

Company: Flourish Pharma

Location: Daman

Experience: Entry level to 1 year of experience

**Salary**: ₹20,000 per month

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

**Key Responsibilities**:
Sample Analysis: Analyze raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and FTIR.

Stability Testing: Perform and document stability studies as per ICH guidelines.

Instrument Calibration & Maintenance: Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of lab instruments.

Documentation: Prepare and review analytical reports, test records, and logbooks as per GMP.

Specification Compliance: Verify that products meet predefined specifications and regulatory standards.

OOS & OOT Investigation: Handle Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results with proper documentation and root cause analysis.

Microbiological Testing (if applicable): Conduct microbiological testing for sterile and non-sterile products (for microbiology QC roles).

**Key Skills Required**:
Hands-on experience with analytical instruments.

Knowledge of pharmacopeias (USP, BP, IP).

Understanding of GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and GMP.

Strong analytical and observation skills.

Good documentation and communication abilities.

**Qualifications**:
B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.

**Experience required**:
Entry level: 1 years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
