**Job Purpose
- Be able to develop procurement strategies, handle Opex Procurement process including releasing RFPs and Negotiations
- Be able to forecast based on available data, aggregate demands and initiate procurement process.
- To finalize commercial contractual terms as per the activity and policies of the company and be able to execute contracts
- Procurement to be done as per the requirement and in compliance with policies and processes.
- Analyze data, develop insights, prepare timely reports and support in right decision making.
- Vendor performance management and development.
- Chasing KPIs and performing well in Balanced Score Card.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Ensuring right material is delivered at right place, at right price and at right time with complete compliance including DOA, purchase policy, documentation.
- Contracting and contract management are mandatorily followed wherever needed.
- Chasing cost optimization and savings targets.
- Updating necessary systems in real time, analyze and report on time.
- Vendor performance management and development to be done as part of the procurement process.
- Ensuring audit compliance as per the standards.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Knowledge and 5-7 years experience in procurement function.
- Forecasting, Aggregations and Analytical skills.
- Hard core negotiation and cost optimization skills, drafting and execution of contracts.
- Enterprising and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in SAP/Oracle/Other ERPs.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications
MBA with Supply Chain Management/Operations and

Engineering under grad (added advantage)
