**Hiring**:Manager F&D (Formulation & Development)
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- **Industry Experience**: Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sector.
- **Approval/Experience**: Must be an approved Chemist with expertise in Tablet, Capsule, Liquid oral and External.
- **Immediate Joining**: Looking for **immediate joiners**.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Identify opportunities for product and process enhancement and devise new technological solutions.
- Create and manage product specifications, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Serve as the formulation authority responsible for the creation, testing, management, and approval of products.
- Organize interdepartmental coordination and carry out trials from the laboratory and pilot plant phase through to production scale.
- Having knowledge and experience of Tablet, Capsule, Liquid oral and External.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Pharmacy.
- 10 to 15 years’ experience.
- Identify opportunities for product and process enhancement and devise new technological solutions.
- Create and manage product specifications, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory adherence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
