**About the Team**:
Paytm offers online mobile games through Paytm First Games Private Limited (PFG), which is a joint-venture company of OCL and A GTECH Holdings Limited (AGTech). The online gaming platform operated by PFG offers Real Money Skill based Games.
**About the role**:
We are looking for a person who has the capability to identify key problem areas & can come up with intelligent & actionable KPIs for the online Gaming Operations for ongoing live tournaments on the platform.
**Expectations/ Requirements**:
1.Making fantasy sports tours and keeping track of fantasy sports results, statistics, etc.
2.Maintaining player rankings, categories, and prices, as well as player credits
3.Handling the organisational and administrative responsibilities involved with award distributions
4.Keeping up with the most recent sports news
5.Co-ordination with the cross functional teams to make sure all assigned duties are finished on schedule.
6. Rotational shift
**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**:
1.Knowledge of MS Excel functions & feature
2.Knowledge of any sport (Cricket, Football or Kabaddi)
**Education**:
Btech or MBA
