**We are hiring Telecallers for Real Estate Pre-Sales to represent renowned real estate brands. The role involves calling prospective homebuyers, providing project information, and fixing site visit appointments. This is not a hardcore sales role but a crucial part of the sales funnel.**

**Salary**: ₹16,000 - ₹30,000/month (based on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call leads and explain real estate project details (location, pricing, amenities, etc.)
- Qualify and build a pipeline of interested prospects
- Schedule **site visits** for walk-ins with sales team
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain CRM updates
- Ensure daily productivity in terms of call volume and conversions

**Requirements**:

- 12th Pass / Graduate
- 0-2 years of experience in telesales or customer support (real estate preferred)
- **Must be well-conversant in English**, along with Hindi or Marathi
- Confident, polite, and good with follow-ups
- Willing to work on weekends with rotational weekday off
