**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Designer (Fresher/Entry-Level) with a strong interest in traditional Indian clothing. You will assist in creating ethnic wear collections, from concept to final design, working with embroidery patterns, fabric selection, and detailed sketching

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in designing traditional Indian outfits like lehengas, sarees, kurtis, anarkalis, etc.

Create design sketches, mood boards, and color palettes.

Research current trends in ethnic wear and traditional crafts.

Collaborate with tailors, artisans, and embroidery workers.

Suggest fabric and embellishment combinations.

Provide support in fittings and quality checks (if required).

Manage design files and maintain documentation.

**Requirements**:
A degree or diploma in Fashion Design (or pursuing/completed).

Strong passion for ethnic & traditional Indian fashion.

Basic knowledge of Indian têxtiles, embroidery, and silhouettes.

Proficiency in sketching (manual or digital using tools like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc.).

Good communication skills and the ability to take creative feedback.

Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
