1. Increase Evidence for Existing Interventions and Emerging Innovations in Health.

2. Develop Digital Infrastructure to Accelerate Patient-Centered Outcomes.

3. Advance the Science of Dissemination, Implementation, and Health Communication.

4. Accelerate Progress Toward an Integrated Learning Health System.

5. Advance Research in improving Occupational Health for the Hybrid Workforce.

Recoup is seeking to recruit an experienced and creative individual to assist in clinical activities.

This position reports directly to Recoup’s Clinical Head of Department, with responsibility for leading the development and execution of a transformational Clinical Agenda focused on providing the diagnosis and psychological treatment of mental, behavioral, and emotional illnesses. To achieve this vision, Recoup emphasizes involving patients and other key stakeholders in all aspects of the clinical process.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Conduct physiotherapy related procedures with proficiency, meet quality standards and patient satisfaction
- Attend and follow training programs to upgrade professional skills
- Real time entries in medical records & report in an appropriate manner
- Medical administration, day-to-day operations & medico-legal compliances for the physiotherapy section of the hospital
- Deliver safe and quality patient experiences in Recoup Health System both in-person and virtual care, including admission & discharge process
- Safe custody of medical equipment, adherence to care protocols, maintenance care and optimal utilisation of valuables
- Respect and honor organisational values and functions
- Play active role in interdisciplinary care programs and practices
- Coordinating for patient related services with external partners like laboratory tests, referrals, etc.
- Quality assurance and control services across healthcare services
- Contribute to Recoup Health’s quality assurance programs & continuous quality improvement programs
- Contribute when asked in content development that will be used for marketing functions
- Contribute to and adhere to administrative responsibilities and represent Recoup Health in different engagement interfaces with community, society and corporate clients
- Be disciplined & punctual in professional work (online, offline), deliverables & reporting
- Actively participate in Organizational activities, Learning & Development
- Actively participate in research and development activities of Recoup Health
- Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy of self and others

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
