In addition to accountabilities listed above in Job Purpose:

- Design and implement DLP solutions in alignment with organizational requirements.
- Maintain and support DLP capabilities to ensure continuous operation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate DLP capabilities and address any concerns.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting endpoint devices (Windows/Linux/macOS) and network performance.
- Experience working in DevOps environments and agile methodologies.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell and bash.
- Knowledge of data classification, data labeling, GDPR, and privacy laws.
- Extensive knowledge of networks and network governance.
- Collaborate with technical teams on architecture, design, and specification.
- Ensure network infrastructure achieves optimal performance, security, and availability through continuous improvement.
- Maintain technical documentation and user guides, attending to both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with the Technology team, sharing knowledge and expertise.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- 8 to 12 years of experience as a Security Engineer specializing in DLP, Network security and overall cybersecurity posture.
- Strong technical proficiency in security technologies, networking concepts, and SOC processes.
- Required: Familiarity with the Microsoft security suite and/or compliance modules (e.g., Certified in Microsoft AZ-900, SC-900, SC-400, and/or SC-200) and extensive hands on experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender and Sentinel.
- Strong understanding of security principles and IT infrastructure.
- Desired: Security certifications like CYSA+, CEH, CISM, CISSP
- Proficiency in troubleshooting endpoint devices (Windows/Linux/macOS) and network performance.
- Experience working in DevOps environments and agile methodologies.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell and bash.
- Knowledge of data classification, data labeling, GDPR, and privacy laws.
