Role Summary: The overall goal of Operations Technician is to carry out operation jobs and relative job reports. Support QRC operations as required.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
**Daily reports of abnormal efficiency variances**

**Working with teams in correction of the same**

**6S audits & Reporting**

**6S and safety actions closure and coordination with teams**

**Space opportunities identification and creation of the same by coordination with respective teams**

**Data collection and Activity analysis for assembly and shop critical processes and reporting.**

**Routings support for mass updates.**

**Kaizen and work instructions preparation and loading the same into FLS quest.**
- Lean activity analysis and documentations
- Tooling & Material preparations & Implementation of plans

**Lapping activities**

**To support Assembly flanges crimping, tooling maintenance and quick tooling & Machine shop fixtures maintenance.**

**Strong knowledge in reading technical documents is essential.**

**Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings.**

**Basic computer skills with MS office.**
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial/Mechanical Engineering plus a minimum of 2+ years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years of experience
- Heavy Engineering industrial Exposure is must.
- Should have knowledge in Microsoft Work/Excel
- Good communication skills
