Stores Executive

Responsibilities:

- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the store department.
- Receiving, unloading the material from transport and supplier at our premises.
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning rejection material, packing, and labeling for inward material.
- Maintaining / monitoring daily wise inward material entry.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies raw material and report those to accounting for reimbursements and keeping record.
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Updating daily material issues to production physically as well as in system data base.
- GRN entry daily basis and coordinating with accounts.
- Monitoring shortages and coordinating with concern department
- Updating stock report weekly and monthly

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
