**Position Purpose**

We are looking for Web Research Executives
- Interns having skills and experience to ensure that our company delivers the highest standards of service to customers. He/she should efficiently manage a large amount of information that is often sensitive or confidential. The aim of executive is to maximize customer satisfaction.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Internet Research, Fact Checking and Web Based Marketing
- Work as a part of the clients' extended team
- Resolving Customer queries
- Analyse, Plan, Organize and complete the tasks to meet deadline and quality requirements.
- Conduct online research for tasks to acquire results and present them in a manner that meets the expectations of clients.
- Data Collection through Internet research
- Entering data into appropriate fields; databases, records, and files
- Organizing spreadsheets with large numbers
- Typing data directly and accurately
- Complying with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly
- Viewing and verifying confidential or private customer/client information; protecting the information and identities of customers/client
- Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation
- Product Uploading, Picture Uploading, Chat Process
- E-Commerce Management
- Data Mining

- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Strong customer service attitude.
- Deadline-oriented
- Ability to work independently or part of team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good comprehension, research and analytical skills
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new things every day
- Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office and web usage
- Good at using search and internet tools like Google, Wikipedia, Yahoo etc.
- Flexible to work in shifts

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
