We are currently seeking a dedicated and certified Staff Nurse to join our team, focusing on providing top-notch support during hair transplant procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**: Assist patients with pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring they are comfortable and well-informed throughout their journey.
- **Procedure Assistance**: Support the hair transplant surgeon during procedures by preparing surgical instruments, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting with graft handling.
- **Monitoring**: Observe and monitor patients’ vital signs during procedures, alerting the medical team to any changes.
- **Post-Operative Support**: Provide post-operative care instructions to patients and ensure they understand the recovery process.
- **Medication Administration**: Administer prescribed medications as needed, including local anesthesia, under the supervision of the medical team.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Maintain high standards of hygiene, sterilization, and patient safety in the clinic.
- **Documentation**: Accurately maintain patient records, treatment notes, and follow-up schedules.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certified Nurse (GNM/B.Sc Nursing) with valid nursing registration.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting; experience in hair transplant or dermatology clinics is preferred.
- Strong understanding of surgical protocols, infection control, and patient care practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
- Proficiency in monitoring vital signs and handling medical equipment.
- Team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with doctors and technicians.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to patient care and clinic operations.
