**Job Title: PPC Expert**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Expert to join our marketing team. The PPC Expert will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, keyword research, ad copywriting, and data analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute PPC strategies across multiple digital advertising platforms, such as
Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-converting
keywords for campaigns.
- Create and manage PPC campaigns, ad groups, and ad copies, ensuring ad relevance and
quality score optimization.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics,
Google Ads, and other data analytics platforms.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance,
click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize ROI while controlling
advertising costs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve PPC
strategies and tactics.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing
goals and initiatives.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creatives and landing
pages.
- Implement ad extensions and other ad formats to enhance the visibility and performance
of ads.
- Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and adjust PPC strategies
accordingly.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to ad campaigns, tracking, and conversion tracking.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience).
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns with a track record of achieving positive
ROI.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media
advertising.
- Proficiency in keyword research and selection for optimal campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and
optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Experience with data analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Google Ads and Bing Ads certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and its relationship with PPC is advantageous.
- Experience with e-commerce and online advertising for retail businesses is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a
bonus.
