**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the design team in creating visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and more.
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Support the production of high-quality design assets, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all deliverables.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our design projects.
- Conduct research on design trends and best practices to inform and inspire our work.
- Help maintain and organize the design asset library, ensuring easy access to resources for the team.
- Receive and incorporate feedback from senior designers and other team members to refine and improve designs.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Previous internship or work experience in a graphic design role is beneficial but not required.
