**Job Description / Responsibilities**

**Prime Focus**:

- Teach and direct marching band performances.
- Develop and implement marching band routines and choreography.
- Lead rehearsals and sectionals.
- Coordinate with other instructors and staff.
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and musical growth among band members.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Strong musical background and experience in marching band instruction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work with students of varying skill levels and to work with students of varying skill levels.

**Desired Profile**:

- Must have prior teaching experience with a wide range of age groups.
- Experience in marching band competition and performance.
- Knowledge of marching band techniques and show design.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 1 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
